This policy explains how Studio Dynamics Limited ("we", "us"), company no. 16362158, registered in England and Wales, handles data in connection with Chirodex.
1. Image capture and analysis
Chirodex analyses hand images entirely on the device running the app. Captured images are processed locally and are not transmitted to, stored on, or viewed by Studio Dynamics or any third party. Images are not retained by the app beyond the session unless the operator's device settings say otherwise.
2. Contact details
Where a client chooses to leave contact details for operator follow-up, or a business submits a licensing enquiry through our website, we collect only the information supplied: name, company, email address and any message. This is used solely to respond to the enquiry or, for client follow-up, by the licensed operator collecting it — not by Studio Dynamics.
3. Legal basis and retention
We process licensing enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We retain enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for our own record-keeping requirements.

5. Third parties
We do not sell personal data. Website infrastructure (hosting, email delivery) may process enquiry data on our behalf strictly to operate the site.
