These terms govern use of Chirodex, a hand skin analysis instrument provided by Studio Dynamics Limited ("Studio Dynamics", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 16362158. By using Chirodex you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Chirodex is a progressive web app that captures an image of the hand and produces an on-device analysis across seven skin metrics. All analysis is performed locally on the user's device; no captured image is uploaded to or processed by our servers.
2. Licensing
Chirodex is made available to businesses under a separate licence agreement covering use at events, retail counters and clinics, including any white-label configuration. Licensing terms are agreed directly with Studio Dynamics and take precedence over this document where they conflict.
3. No medical advice
Chirodex provides a cosmetic, instrument-style readout of surface skin characteristics. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or provide clinical advice of any kind. Results should not be relied upon for medical decisions.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell or misrepresent Chirodex, and to use it only for its intended purpose of hand skin analysis with the consent of the person being scanned.
5. Liability
Chirodex is provided "as is". Studio Dynamics is not liable for decisions made on the basis of an analysis result, or for interruption of service caused by device, browser or network conditions outside our control.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Chirodex after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
